Un Furtiva Lagrima (one furtive tear) is a famous aria from Act II, Scene 2 of Donizetti's opera L'Elisir d'amore which is sung by Nemorino after a single tear shed by the woman he loves, Adina, makes him realise that she perhaps after all she does have feelings for him!
